Flying Horse North is a new community nestled in the trees just North of the Colorado Springs’ established community of Flying Horse.

As part of the first release of lots being built in 2019, Flying Horse North provides a total of eighty large acreage homesites that range from two-and-a-half to five acres. This provides you the rare opportunity for luxury golf course living combined with large acreage homesites.
Construction of the 18-hole golf course, designed by world-renowned architect Phil Smith, is underway with plans to open for play during 2020.
